Rules and Regulations

These Official Rules govern Bounce for Bucks and it’s website, located at www.herecomesfun.com/bounce. Inflatable Zoo dba Space Walk reserves the right to make changes to these rules at any time. Your Participation in Bounce for Bucks confirms your acceptance of these rules.

 

Eligibility

Bounce for Bucks is open to any public, private or parochial school, with students from Kindergarten to 12th grade. It is also available to PTO/ PTA’S, licensed childcare facilities, religious educational centers or religious organizations, as well as early learning centers, pre-schools and charity organizations. To qualify for participation in Space Walk / Inflatable Zoo’s Bounce for Bucks Program, schools/ organizations must be registered with Space Walk Inflatable Zoo, which can be done by logging onto www.herecomesfun.com/bounce.

 

Bounce for Bucks Overview

Bounce for Bucks allows you to earn money for your school / organization by renting inflatables or any other items a Space Walk Inflatable Zoo rental location carries. All qualified schools / organizations will earn a 10% payment on full priced rentals, which shall exclude delivery, supply, attendant and generator fees, as well as local and state taxes. Payments earned are to be designated for use in the advancement of each school/ organization.

 

Redemptions of Contracts

Redemption of rental contracts can be done in two (2) ways. 1) After any full priced rental the renter can log onto www.herecomesfun.com/bounce and submit, online, the rental contract number along with the name of school / organization to receive the 10% payment.  Only entries submitted by the original renter listed on the contract may submit a contract for consideration for credit to his/her chosen organization.  All entries will be verified and credited to the account of the specified school /organization, which will be viewable online, by the program coordinator for the school/ organization.  2) After any full priced rental the renter can submit the rental contract to the participating school / organizations coordinator. Only confirmed rental contracts of any full priced Space Walk/ Inflatable Zoo product are eligible for redemption in the Bounce for Bucks program. Any rentals done prior to the school / organization registering in the Bounce for Bucks program will not qualify for payment.

 

Rental contracts submitted with discounted prices, or determined not to have been obtained from an actual Space Walk/ Inflatable Zoo rental location will be void.

Rental Contracts will be determined to qualify for the program at the sole Discretion of Space Walk/ Inflatable Zoo.

Contracts Expire

Rental contracts must be submitted to Bounce for Bucks within 90 days of the rental contract date. Contracts submitted after the allowable 90 days will be deemed expired and do not qualify for payment.

 

Payments and Deadlines

At the end of each calendar quarter, January to December, the account of each participating school / organization will be evaluated and payments to schools / organizations ensuing from eligible rental contracts will be made. Payments to participating schools / organizations will be made four (4) times a year in the months following the end of the calendar quarter, April, July, October and January. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for checks to arrive.

 

Checks to schools / organization will not be issued for an amount below $100.00. Earnings below  $100.00 will continue to accumulate in the school / organizations account until the amount of $100.00 has been earned and will be payable at quarter end. 

Checks will only be made payable to schools / organizations enrolled in Bounce for Bucks.

Heading Up the Program

Each school / organization must have a program coordinator. The purpose for the coordinator is to communicate with Space Walk / Inflatable Zoo when necessary and to assist with monitoring and managing the school / organizations account as well as making the program a success for your school / organization.

 

Accounts

Schools / organizations will not be allowed more than one registered account with Space Walk / Inflatable Zoo’s Bounce for Bucks.

 

Shipping

All postage and shipping, when necessary, shall be the responsibility of the sender.

 

Changes to the Program

Space Walk / Inflatable Zoo Reserves the right to cancel or change the Bounce for Bucks program at any time. Schools/ organizations accept and agree to be bound by these rules upon registering with Space Walk / Inflatable Zoo’ s Bounce for Bucks Program. Also, by registering, school/ organizations consent to the use of their names and or photographs for Advertising purposes in conjunction with Bounce for Bucks.
